The Family at Velddrif

One afternoon over the Easter weekend, we drove to Velddrif from Britannia Bay. Part of the reason for going was for our eldest daughter, Jessica, to meet up with a friend from university. I always enjoy taking photos at this estuary. There's so much to capture the eye!

Easter Weekend at Britannia Bay - Part 3

We had a relaxing and fun Easter weekend at my in-laws in Britannia Bay. Monday morning was our last day. It was foggy and chilly. We took a drive to Old Britannia Bay where everyone expresses their unique tastes. In other words, anything and everything goes. I have a few photos to give you an idea. The red "bloody" feet art was the most shocking.

The majority of my pics are of our family exploring the boulders and beach. I love taking photos in the fog, because it adds so much atmosphere. I tried not to get other people in the shots, but I did take one of someone's pretty dog - a liver spotted Dalmatian. Also, I created a GIF of a wave crashing over the rocks, which I added at the end.
